    This course prepares for a basic knowledge of management operations techniques based on APICS body of knowledge (www.apics.org). The goal of this course is to impart a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the concepts and decision tools needed for organizational process management and control involved in designing and operating the manufacturing and distribution environment.
